Target Group:
The target group for the course includes automotive Ethernet users in vehicles, specifically embedded engineers with prior working experience on the AUTOSAR stack.
Learning Outcomes:
Participants will learn about the ISO/OSI model, the physical layer of automotive Ethernet with standards like IEEE 100BASE-T1 and 1000BASE-T1, and the fundamentals of Ethernet, including MAC layer addressing, frame formats, and VLANs. They will also gain knowledge of networking layer protocols such as IPv4, IPv6, ARP, DHCP, and ICMP, as well as transport layer protocols like TCP and UDP. Additionally, the course covers AUTOSAR signal communication and stack implementation over Ethernet, along with a comprehensive understanding of Diagnostics over IP (DoIP), including its architecture, operation, and AUTOSAR implementation..
